This service involves the show management pre-scheduling appointments with exhibitors.
Why not schedule appointments in advance
with exhibitors and have such meetings at the exhibition venue?
We often hear feedback that attendees couldn't talk to the desired exhibitors due to crowded booths.
To address this, we recommend scheduling appointments in advance to navigate the exhibition efficiently.
The process from application to the day of the event
STEP1：Apply through the application form.
Please select the exhibiting company you would like to meet with at the venue and submit your application using the form below, along with the details of your inquiry, date, and time.
*Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests based on the nature and timing of the appointment.
*The information provided during the application, including 'Company Name,' 'Name,' ' Date and Time,' and 'Inquiry,' will be informed to the exhibitors for which you are scheduling an appointment in advance.
STEP2：Check and save the email from the Show Management.
After completing the application, the show management will send you the 'details of confirmed appointments' via email at a later date. Please keep it safe as it will be necessary on the day of the event.
STEP3：On the day of the exhibition, visit the exhibitor's booth at the specified date and time.
When you arrive at the exhibitor's booth, please inform them that you have applied for an appointment through our service. Since the details of your inquiry have been informed to the exhibitor in advance, it will facilitate a smooth meeting process.
